According to GoofyCrisp, $SNEK is experiencing high demand on centralized exchanges (CEX), leading to market making reserves being quickly depleted.

Quoting Goofy: "from our MM : "we're facing rebalancing in USDT because currently there is an uptrend on the market and there is a lot of buying happening and since we're placing strong liquidity near the spread our orders are getting involved in this buying and we have more USDT less SNEK "".
